I had cheese and onion pie with chips and vegetables and I was very disappointed as it was of poor quality.

Loved it yesterday , beautiful beer garden in the sun , fantastic selection of beer and wine and cracking food once again . The Lord Nelson makes going back to work on Monday morning so easy . Thank you .

We have been coming here for 3 years week in week out for 2 items on the menu : Chicken Tagliatelle Sausage and Mash. Both are faultless, the atmosphere makes us feel like we’re not just going for the meal but going to see ‘friends’ they are amazing! Always busy, but always room for us. Had lunch here today after a walk round Dean Clough and Parsonage reservoirs. Both had seabass mains and chocolate brownie dessert. Delicious food, friendly staff and good atmosphere.
