Applebee's Grill - Rice Lake

We waited over an hour to get our meals. I was very upset and saw many customers coming in, way later than us. Many ate and left while we sat there watching I spoke to the waitress and told her that this is VERY unacceptable!! She referred us to the Applebee's Manager who comped us out. We will try this one more time in Rice Lake and see how we are treated.

Has really gone down hill. I got the south west chicken bowl my husband and father in law wanted to try some of mine. That night we all three had food posing.my mother in law was perfectly fine and did not try my chicken. I called the manager and she offered a gift card. I received a value of 25.00. Not worth it for making 3 people very sick. I also have had problems with take out getting the wrong food. I go back and they still gave me the wrong food. Will not be returning...

I Absolutely love Applebee’s their food and their service there is absolutely amazing I got nothing but smiles

Went with my daughters tonight and had a great experience. Food was awesome, our server was friendly and in a contagious way so that was awesome. Manager came and assisted with a question and had a great personality and thoroughly answered our questions. Was clean, the food was great and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely going here again :

Celebrated Easter my birthday there. The food delicious as always the drinks were quenching. Shout-out to Brooke, Lilly Jamal! They provided excellent service were very friendly! Brooke actually stayed longer just to sing happy birthday to me! All the employees servers there are amazing! Give them all bonuses raises! Richly deserved. 5 stars!!! ???
