Slow service no waiter n its weekend waaaa very bad service

Slow service and smallest Mega coffees I have ever seen.

Good place and excellent service I even pay a little money for their truck stop that is safe and secure keep up the good work

Let 's say I 've HATED EVERY MOMENT . !!! With regards to the store at the Engen one stop south bound when you drive down to Durban from Empangeni. Let 's start off with...the owner/manager sitting around more interested in having coffee rather than customers sitting and waiting for service. Then he meets his friend, packs up and says bye to the staff and leaves. While we 're still waiting for service...10 mins in. We had to go fetch our own menus. Then eventually Musa Mabaso our waitron approaches us. Let 's say she wasn 't very pleasant, didn 't give a smile, made us feel like we were intruding. Gave my order, stated 3 times I wanted extra milky coffee and she brought strong coffee. She took our order, i ordered the bacon slam burger with mushrooms and sliced red onion as per the menu. What I got was a dry Pattie, all other standard toppings but instead of sliced red onion I got caramelised onions. I didn 't want that. Dig in and the Patti was dry. The bacon over cooked. Needless to say I didn 't enjoy it at all as the quality of the food was terrible. Waited for our bill and then another customer walks in and sits down. 10 mins into waiting for the bill and the other customer waiting to be helped, let alone greeted, we decided to walk up to the main counter and pay. At the same time we saw the customer who was waiting get up and go get a sandwich from the garage stores offering and left. There was only Musa Mabaso manning the whole floor. A rude and not very friendly Musa I might add. Big thank you to the owner/manager for living up to Wimpy expectations. I will never be back. I will also spread the experience by word of mouth and by social media too!! — at North coast 1 stop Wimpy.
