Smoothie Factory - Richardson

I made an order online when I arrived to the location it was closed I’ve emailed thru their website called the number on the email receipt and no one answers I drove 10 min to this location because I really like their smoothies. Im extremely disappointed and still trying to figure out how to get my money back. This terrible customer service. Safe to say I won’t be coming here anymore.

The smoothie factory in my city shut its doors, so I was so happy to find this one close to my job. Service was fast even when there was just one employee! My smoothie was perfect! I will definitely be back! Thanks

Fast pace workers at this location,i would recommend the PB&J smoothie very delicious.

The employee didn’t know how to swipe my gift card and after I insisted to call someone for help three times he finally came over and got it through. He didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or making me wait 30 minutes.
