Hopefully, the product improves before their grand opening. I am guessing you are paying higher because of the packaging and branding.
Good service and clean. No curbside. The quarter chicken combo is kinda expensive. Two drums (small) unlike the ones in Taiwan plus fries, biscuit and a fountain drink for $9. The batter and taste is uniquely Taiwanese. TKK is part of Kung Fu Tea at this location. Cool concept.
Pricey but good food (as expected). Below par service. Standard food as it?s a chain restaurant. We like their recipes so we didn?t mind paying a little premium for their food. Experienced staff, but lacking smiles, passion, and genuineness. We felt like we were ordering with a robot. Could really use some improvements on staff friendliness. Drink service was quick. Food was freshly cooked so it took a little time. Food didn?t disappoint us! Will definitely return (for the food and not the service).
It?s clean but pricy, not very good customer service, chicken is ok, charge me extra 1$ coz I select fried sweet potatoes. Some meals not allowed you choose crispy or original, I don?t get it what?s the different. Plus I wait more than 20 Minutes for my combo, another 20 minutes for the meal to go.
First experience there. Tried the spicy wings and was not disappointed. Sweet potato fries were good and biscuit was tender. Like other reviewer suggested plan accordingly since it?s made fresh and it?s worth it! Will be back!
