Took our order, i asked if there where eggs in the kids bread, never heard back, waited about 15-20 mins, and she brought the food out and asked if we needed anything else, and as my husband goes to respond, the waitress was already walking away. We never saw her again... had to flag down a busser to get us refills on drinks.
We love Inca, always have. Come here maybe once a month for as long as I can remember. Yes we have had good service and bad, but nothing compares to this. Found a hair in my meat...laced in.Their response was, this isn't mine and we have men in back. Ok...I get it. So it's mine? No apology...just no not possible. I'll get a manager. No one came back but a bill. Almost felt like, you have hair down must be yours. Argued. It's so unfortunate bc just before we got our daughters nachos with really burnt chips and asked to replace. Didn't even cross out mind with bad service or bad food. Things happen. We moved on. I think they were mad? Idk....just stinks bc we might have to take a break from this establishment because the service. The response was what made the situation. We didn't need a discount or free food. You all might need to work on customer service. Not free food...or discounts just Apologies and compassion.
I give 1 star because it is the least I can give. I bought a barbecue for 3 friends. It costs approximately 42 dollars. It is a large dish for approximately 3 people. Love this place! Great food and friendly staff!! Huge menu with sooo many options! I had a taco salad with a soft shell tortilla. It was so good!! Chips and salsa is delicious too!
1/3/24 ,,,,,,3rd time in this particular establishment and always the same, not any of their other establishments just this one, leslie rd. south richland, always rushed to order , always rushed to hand me my ticket , even though I was not done with my plate or drink, my family and i walked in 5 mins to 7 p.m , got seated , (ticket paid out the door by 7:40. family of 5) .had not had time to get jackets off ,when asked what we wanted to drink, two off us settled on water as we were not allowed time to sit and breathe, drinks came to table and IMMEDIATELY asked if we knew what we wanted to eat or if we wanted menus, within 3 mins , she was back wanting to take order, no time to look at menu, felt like the whole Hurry up and buy experience. waitress stood there until we made decision, again most of the party just settled for whatever they saw first. most food tasted o.k , not excellent but o.k, my sons plate was very disappointing and i refused to pay for it, waitress came back to explain it was not their fault as they buy their food from outside sources, not my fault either, utilize your quality controI , if you have such a thing in place, if not you should. I /we are not ones to complain or leave reviews, but after the third time of same same i am tired of it.in my experience waiter/waitress waits until party has set down menus and regardless of closing time the patron should always come first. so in closing if you want dinner and you want to eat and have a comfortable amount of time to do so, please show up by 4:30 or you will be force fed, in a joking manner to my family i told them to watch their fingers as they walked out as to not get them pinched in the door in their hurry to lock up, since all wait staff was at the front register seemingly waiting on us to get the hell out, and sure enough the door was getting locked as soon as we walked thru. DAMN at least wait until we are out of ear shot, especially when it was`nt closing time yet.NEVER GOING BACK
