Chic-fil-a, they should examine this load and come to jesus meet with woman fox. unacceptable by any stretch of imagination.
I usually have a good experience here, but probably because of the late hour is why my pommes were them. I am a believer to treat others as I want to be treated, and perhaps I should have asked the hired person who gave me my food.
This is the SLOWEST Chick-Fil-A in Richmond!!! This location is near my job and it’s always a 15-20 minute wait in the drive-thru. I go to the Mechanicsville and Bell Creek location often and the line can be down the street and I get fast efficient service with in 5 minutes every time I visit.
I never go through drive thru and do mobile pickup because a lot of fast food places have slow drive thrus, never had a bad experience with this facility
I had the worse experience. Waited 15mins for them to get my order correct for a veggie wrap. They get to cashier says its wrong and need to cancel and re ring it. Get to window the window still had to pull up and wait. Get the order and the order is still wrong and they wanted me to wait for them to go back inside to charge me more for a large fry instead of a medium. I actually wait 35 minutes and for a simple order and the charged more because they still screwed up the order. Looked at account next day charged me twice. Smh
