Frozay Rva - Richmond

I decided to try out Frozay on a random Tuesday afternoon. The service was prompt, and both the food and drinks were enjoyable. We'll definitely return since there are many enticing drinks on the menu that we want to sample!

I visited the restaurant on a Wednesday around 6 PM and was greeted with silence as I approached the door, where two servers were chatting. The menus were dirty despite the place being mostly empty. I was not allowed to sit in a booth, even though there were plenty of open seats. One of the servers was smoking hookah in the hallway right in front of us every five minutes, and the music was excessively loud. To make matters worse, half of the menu items were unavailable. The overall management of this place feels extremely unprofessional, which is disappointing because it used to be nice when it was called Mini Bar. The highlight of the evening was our waitress, who was very sweet (a tall girl with short blond hair). Other than that, I don’t see this restaurant surviving in the long term. Two thumbs down.

I've been to Frozay a few times recently for gatherings with friends over the past two weeks. During my first visit, they had a DJ, and while the music was a little loud, everything else was fantastic. I ordered the salmon pasta with extra broccoli, and it arrived quickly – plus, there was a generous portion! I couldn't finish it all. On another occasion, I tried the calamari and broccoli, but it took a long time to arrive, even though the place was less crowded. Unfortunately, the calamari was slightly overcooked. Despite that, I would definitely return. Overall, the staff were friendly during both visits, which is always a nice bonus!

Prepare for it! I went to the birthday of a friend for Sunday brunch today. all the reviews I had read said that service and eating were really slow, so I expected that the doors opened at 1 and the seats stopped at 2. we arrived at 1:30 clock and were greeted by plastic silver and music that were played so loud that they could not speak with the person next to them. there was no explanation of how the dinge worked or when eating would come out. for the entire restaurant I probably counted 3 server. the food came only at 14:45 a.m.! jall when I say I was tired and new deaf all at once. Luckily, eating was good, but it was a tight fit of people trying to get the food as soon as it was out. after the brunch was a real dj not only a playlist of music and dance. After I ate, I was much more satisfied, but the experience was lacking glamour. I wanted to hang up more, but the music was so loud that my man got a headache and we had to go. good eating, very bad communication, slow personal and strange device.

On a wed sung to about 6 and not welcomed when you were on the door too foot, as two server were conversational. Although the place was almost empty, despite the lack of quantity you could not sit in one stand, one of the server smoked hook right in front of us in the flur every 5 minutes, too loud music, and half of the menu was not available. this place is so so so soouo unprofessional and it is a shame because when it was mini bar it was actually beautiful. the highlight of the night was that our waitress was sweet (big girl with the short blonde hair). except that I don't see them all on a business trip in the long term. two thumbs down
