Our server was really nice. She continue to check in just incase we needed something. I will diffidently come again and order one of those great smelling pizzas.
I love River City Roll! I enjoy the food drinks, the variety of music, the prices, and the different events that are hosted. Only suggestion, maybe offer food on happy hour prices.
Came here for a business dinner. Staff was friendly (as I was walking out). Pizza was passable, crispy tempura brocollini was fantastic, our waiter was lacking. Table for 4 was incredibly small and crowded. Atmosphere was okay, not anything necessarily welcoming. Didn't bowl and maybe that's the attraction but I wouldn't come here again as a place to chill eat.
I Was At RCR For A Love Movement Event. I Had Never Been Here Before But Was Impressed! They Had #vegan Option (Hummus Pita Were Delicious), Staff Were Polite And Provided Excellent Customer Service. Good Music Open Atmosphere ?
I’ve heard lots of great things about this place, including their patio for dogs, but we had a very unfortunate experience. We showed up 10 minutes early, as is recommended on the website, and filled out our bowling form with our names, shoe sizes, and game preference. We were told to wait because they had to clean off the table at our lane. The host took us to the lane and we had to wait again because the table was never cleaned. We bowled at that lane for about 10 minutes before another host told us they put us at the wrong lane and another party had booked three lanes in a row, so we had to move. We were fine with this because the host was very nice about the mistake and the system was able to save our game. I did notice that the couch at our new lane was old and cracked, and none of the others were. We moved and bowled for another 10 minutes or so, but had not had a server come to our table, despite them helping other tables. It was possible for a server to see that we had not been helped because we had no glasses or water that the servers first bring before taking your order. After 20 minutes, my husband went to the bar to place our order, at which time the server made his way over to us. We told him we had already handled the food and drink for ourselves, and my husband told him we would not be opening a tab. After my husband went back to bowl, the server returned and asked me for a card to start a tab, which I gave him because I didn’t know my husband told him we didn’t want to start one. The server apologized for not helping us sooner since he was confused about us moving to the new lane, but we were also not helped at our original lane, and there were few groups there when we arrived, so he could have easily seen us in his section. It was very hot and we were frustrated by the service and decided to leave early with 10 minutes left on our lane time. When we paid and left, they ask you to tip on the lanes and shoes, even if you ordered no food or drinks. We did tip for our new server that took over for the original one because she did check on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Not really worth the fuss in my opinion. Food and drinks were fine, nothing special.
