Contribuisci feedbackLast night was the 3rd strike for me with this location. Called to place an order for takeout went to hold for 5 mins then hung up on. Called back a few more times and finally got through, placed my order, whoever took the call was rude and didn’t say goodbye or anything just hung up after saying how long it would be. Get there and had to wait on 5 mins for someone to come to the podium. The guy in front of me stated he had been there 10 mins and hadn’t been acknowledged meanwhile there’s at least 7-8 employees in the back. Get the food, it was cold and some of the shrimp were burnt, then I found a hair in it. Definitely wasn’t going to waste my time trying to call back to complain about the hair. Last time I came we stood at the podium for 10 mins before a girl came up and said she’ll “see” if they can seat us (party of 3), meanwhile they were empty on the right side and had a few people in bar area seating and another 7-8 employees hanging out in the back. Girl came in behind me to get a table as well and was waiting another 5 mins, told her what they told me and she left. We left too and went to Kickback Jacks. I will not give this place another chance until I see an “under new management sign” because night shift is poorly managed and staff are rude and unaccommodating. At night save yourself the hassle and go to the Hull Street location, never had a problem there.
Very much improved from previous experiences !!! ... the burgers are bigger and taste like they just came off the backyard grill which to me is excellent !!! ... the Jack Daniels brand sauce really does kick it up more than a notch on the steaks and chicken ... AND the chicken wings are now runner-up for the best in Midlothian , seriously !!! ... get the traditional Buffalo-wing sauce for a dip !!! ... yep, very much improved and affordable ... service is still a 4 out of 5 but overall Great !!!
I’m assuming because of Covid staff was limited but very friendly the food was awesome as usual.
I understand about being short staff, I went in no one was at the door, stood there for about 20 mins someone from the back and said they would be right there,waited another 10mins no one came I left. Poor customer service.
It was one person working and she did amazing! We were debating on going to another restaurant because we saw just one person working. But, we decided to stay and was kind of shocked that she was able to do so many tasks on her own. It takes a lot of skill and patients to do this. I'm sure eventually it would cause burnout, but I just want to say you rocked it lady! 1-10-2022
