Kelseys Original Roadhouse Richmond Hill

Ordered a not spicy ceasar, but they sent the sizist and had to make him new! still had the spicy randmer who was too hot. also ordered a medium steak and when it arrived, it was so hard and overcooked. when they were asked, they brought another steak, but that was so boiled and not edible! another person in our party ordered a chicken /beets and goat cheese salad, but the waitress did not give the order into the kitchen so we all ate while he was sitting there and watching us eat! they presented the bill and I had to ask that the steak be taken off what they did, but they would expect that a good restaurant to get the manager to make sure that they did not pass the right but nothing! was in about 10 years not at kelsey and never wanted to go back! looks good when they want to sit on the bar and have appetizers, but others than that, stay away!

It was a little loud (but Friday bar was quite full of rough partiers). our server was too busy to serve the terrace and we were his only table inside. has not been able to order a second drink. typical Friday

The menu has changed since our last visit. one of our friends is vegetarian as the family of my life. there have been more and more good options for them. do not choose kelseys when it comes to future with them. otherwise, eating was good for the carnivores.

Tonight was not a good night for us a kelseys. this place was on our favorite list. but no more. the service was the worst. when the server begins to apologize, even when it comes to us first, and yet really worse afterwards. not good!

Good atmosphere with good service. Good place to watch the raptors game.
