I also had to ask multiple times for a sauce for my popcorn. The fries were lacking meat and were not cut properly. The Taco Super only had meat and was overly acidic. The manager apologized, but that was not sufficient. None of my order was correct except for the drink I poured myself. I would not recommend this restaurant to families or workers.
We recently had an extremely unpleasant experience at your Richmond Hill location on 1070 Major Mackenzie Drive. My family and I visited the restaurant and I went to use the restroom, only to find it in a deplorable state with urine, feces, and other bodily fluids all over the floors and sinks. The entire place reeked of old urine, making it impossible for me to use the facilities. When I returned to my family to inform them that I did not want to eat there, they had already placed and paid for our order, leaving us with no choice but to stay. As we tried to find a table, we noticed that every single one was covered in garbage, food, and fluids. The floor was also filthy, covered in food, water, and mud, posing a safety hazard for customers. Additionally, the staff's behavior was unacceptable - I witnessed an employee screaming at a customer for not hearing their order being called, and saw another aggressively throwing orders at customers. When a customer politely requested hot sauce and received the wrong condiment, the employee reacted by throwing it at them and then becoming enraged when called out on the mistake. I spoke up against this behavior and was met with hostility from the employee, who claimed to be the manager and demanded I leave the premises. The entire incident left my family feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, prompting us to request a refund and leave the restaurant. I would advise others to steer clear of this disgraceful establishment.
First food took forever. Second fries were cold. Third I asked for sauce for my tacos and never got it had to go back up to get it. Fourth I had to argue and go back up again just for one single sauce for popcorn chicken which they forgot. Fifth my fries supreme had no meat or chives and sixth our taco supreme only had meat and sour cream. The manager said oops but that is not enough. Out of my order nothing was right except the drink I g myself. I will be sure to not recommend this place to family or co workers
We just had the worst restaurant experience of our lives at your Richmond Hill 1070 Major Mckenzie Drive Location. I went there with my family. I went to the bathroom and it was DISGUSTING. There was urine, feces, and other bodily fluids everywhere. It was all over the floors and sink. The whole place reeked of old urine. I obviously could not use the washroom. I left the washroom to tell my family that I dont want to eat there but unfortunately they had already ordered and paid for our meal. Therefore, we had no choice but to eat there. I went to look for a spot to sit with my mother. Every single table had garbage, food and liquid on it. I looked at the floor and it was FILTHY. There was food, water and mud everywhere. It was very dangerous as people could slip and break a leg. There was a line up of customers waiting for their orders. As I was standing there I saw one of the KFC employees calling out an order. He called out 2 times and no one came to get the order. He called out a 3rd time and a customer who was sitting at the back of the restaurant came to get the order. The employee became very agitated and yelled at the customer saying, "LISTEN FOR THE ORDERS MAN"! At first I couldn't beleive what I just heard. I assumed that they must be friends or that they know each other. The customer just looked at the employee in shock then slowly walked away. I kept watching this employee prepare orders and literally throw them at people who were waiting for their meals. He had a very angry, aggressive and scary look on his face when he was giving people their orders. A gentleman in front of me asked for hot sauce. The employee took out 2 chicken wing sauces and THREW them at the customer. the customer said, "no I wanted the taco bell hot sauce." The employee yelled, "thats also hot sauce" and then he turned his back and walked away. The customer became upset and politely said, "If you can not handle the stress then maybe you should not be working the front of the restaurant." The employee went INSANE! He started yelling and screaming at the customer. At this point, I felt the need to help the customer who was being intimidated and frightened by your employee. I very calmly told the KFC employee that, "there are kids here and that you have no right to treat customers like this." He then went off on me. He started telling me that he is the manager of the store and that I need to get out right now. I kept calm and asked for my money back. I was with my mother, sister, 5 year old niece and aunt. They did not feel comfortable or safe there anymore. He was getting in my face yelling and screaming that he is the manager and he can do whatever he wants and that this is his restaurant! I was very close to calling the police but my sister talked me out of it.Stay away, far far away from this disgusting restaurant
I am disappointed that the price for Toonie Tuesday has been increased to over $3 before tax at this restaurant. Additionally, the portion size has significantly decreased.
