Pho Tai Bac - Richmond Hill

The best Pho!!! It's great that they offer a choice of four portions, but even the medium is filling enough. The soup was incredibly delicious, the hot sauce was not sweet like the others, and the noodles were just right. Update: The chikcken smelled and tasted weird.

You know how authentic a place is based on it's clientele. This restaurant handily meets that requirement! For food that's healthy, well flavoured and for great value, this place is highly recommended. And quick and efficient service to top it all! And it was open on a stat holiday too. Don't be surprised by the crowds. The sugarcane shrimp (cake? is deceptively simple but full of flavour and depth. And the soup broth is similar too. Gotta go back for more!

We got grilled pork and chicken, steamed egg and peled skin /w rice, and grilled pork spring roll vermicelli, tasty and good price. Service was good and fast. Cash or debit card only.

As a repeat customer of this restaurant, I felt inclined to give it a good review.The threshold is low when you’re dining within this price range but the service is good for what it is. Cleanliness is surprisingly good for an establishment that has been here for as long as it has. In terms of food quality to price ratio, I would argue it’s in favour of the customer. For the prices you’re paying, you’re getting a great deal. They’re quite a small place and got busy when I was dining in. Service was still quite fast given that there were only two front of house staff. I would recommend this place for their pho.

Reasonable priced pho in Richmond hill area. Parking is usually 80-90% full but not a big issue. The soup base is clear and fragrant. Not very thirsty afterwards. They provide cooked bean sprout instead of raw.
