(No pics on the menu portraying it) No accommodations were offered at all. I’ve been a loyal customer since the day they opened this location and I thought I’d be shown more grace. What’s supposed to be in “sauce” comes in a soup. Disappointed to say the least, I won’t be coming back again.
Ordered take out asked no spice on couple items, even noted on the receipt and they gave me the spiciest pad thai i have ever tasted. It was too spicy that i only had couple bites and dumped it. Not the first terrible experience, ordered through uber eats a few weeks back and I threw up shortly after i ate the food. Never ordering from there again.
Certainly. Here's a sample Google Excellent dining experience! The sushi rolls were meticulously crafted, and the pad Thai was authentic and full of flavor. Service was prompt and attentive. The ambiance contributed to a memorable evening. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch Asian cuisine
Horrible service and food quality. Arrived at 2:50p but wouldn't allow us to get the lunch special that finishes at 3p. We ordered 5 dishes: shrimp wonton soup, wonton was hard and poor quality. Chili chicken, chicken was tough and dry. Crispy Ginger beef, beef had frostbite flavour to it, obviously left in the freezer without a good seal. Szechuan house special noodles had no flavour. Spicy garlic sauce mixed vegetable, vegetables were all undercooked.Overall just a horrible experience, I'm done with this place as it just keeps disappointing more and more.
I wrote this review 4 months ago but today I have to change their rating. We showed up at 8:02 pm, got a table and sat down. Less than a minute, a server came with a grumpy face threw the two menus on our table and said you need to be hurry, we are closing in 30 minutes and walked away. His behaviour left us speechless. We got up threw the menus back on another table and walked out.We are one of their regular customers and this was extremely unpleasant. We will not support this type of service/behaviour. They need to treat customers with respect.4 months ago The best Hakka restaurant in Richmond Hill! Spicy and Delicious Chinese and Indian fusion dishes. I highly recommend ginger beef, lollipops chicken, chicken pakora, Manchurian soup, and chilli chicken on rice!
