Said pizza was going to be here an hour from when i ordered it. Which is fine and cool, as im waiting for the time to come i run to use the bathroom about 25 minutes after ordering. Didnt hear any doorbells and wasnt near the door to hear knocking. Also didnt have my phone on me and come out and see the pizza driver is here so i open the door and get told how ive taken so long to answer the door and hes been waiting. When i paid online and he could of just left the pizza if he was in such a rush. But i apologized and said let me grab your tip real quick which he responded like a total ***** like he had to go save the world in 10 minutes. On top of that the order was messed up, still good but not what we ordered. Good food terrible service
Pizza crust was flavorless, green peppers not even cooked on Pizza, they were hard and raw on the Pizza we also ordered wings and they were slimy and undercooked. Will not be going back there again terrible experience.
This is our go-to pizza spot for the area. Love the pizza AND the wings are great too! Really superior to all the other pizza places nearby. Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot, plus a few pickup only spots right in front.
As a business owner, I understand the significance of making informed choices post an error. Ordered over the phone a spinach and artichoke pizza, which is not listed as a specialty pizza on the website. I, like many others, would assume spinach and artichoke is made using white garlic sauce. Since this is not a specialty menu item, I should have been asked what sauce was preferred, if white garlic is not the default choice. No clarifying questions were asked regarding sauce choice and I received the pizza with red sauce. After expressing my concerns over the phone, I was informed “that’s how we do it,” and received no resolution or compensation for their error/lack of communication. I conveyed my decision to cease patronage if this was the extent of their “customer service,” and the response I got was a casual have a good night. It 's crucial to invest in businesses that appreciate your patronage and address issues promptly. I won 't be making future orders from them.
