Hi Point Steak House - Ridgeway

We had our rehearsal dinner at Hi Point Steak House. The food was great and the service was fantastic. Hi Point worked with us to craft the exact menu we wanted, and the location was beautiful. We especially loved working with Coz on our dessert cookies they were delicious! The only negative feedback we had is that we got handed back and forth a little bit between people, and that caused some confusion. We had to go back over some things a second time but it's not a huge deal we were happy to do it because everything came out exactly like we expected. Our guests had a very nice time. We had booked an anniversary party for my husband's parents here at their grand ballroom (building separate from the restaurant). We heard the news that there was a fire and were concerned about our event possibly being cancelled. We were immediately reassured by them that the event would go on without a hitch and they were right! Food was excellent, service was fantastic and they were so helpful/responsive with our millions of questions leading up to the event. Despite their setback they really showed us that their #1 priority is the experience of their customers. If you need event space please consider them- and when the restaurant opens back up, head in for some delicious food and drinks served up by tremendous staff. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Definitely call for a reservation on a Saturday. We were traveling and saw it on Google Maps. They worked us in for dinner, they were packed, all tables reserved. The food was excellent. My husband and I both had the ribeye. It was delicious. So tender. Best steak I've had at a retaurant in months. The pricing great when compared to the quality of the steak. Better than the last steak I had at Ruth Chris. The wait staff did a great job. Absolutley no complaints about our meal. If ever in that area again, will definitely stop.
