Did an order on Too Good to Go, went in the designated pickup time and the lady in the shop had all the doors locked and told me to go away. Why participate in this zero waste program if you're not going to actually participate? Lost out on a little bit of money, I'm sure their food is alright, but I'm not gonna come here to find out anymore. Adam's Bagels is right around the corner and was far more welcoming.

We called in our order 10 minutes before getting there so it would be ready.....we walked in and told them we were here to pick up.....that's when she started to make it......aside from that the food was delicious

Working in the area...wish it was closer to Rochelle park.. It's obvious Ahmed loves his job! Not only was the sandwich I order delicious but it was picture perfect! Same with my friends wrap... Is 30 minutes to pick up a sandwich enough? not here. I thought I 'd try Wally 's and it was my first time. I walked in and stood there 15 minutes without acknowledgement. the guys were busy which I understood but a girl came in after me and one creepy guy took her order right away 5 minutes later the other guy behind the counter knew I should have been next so he asked me what I wanted I ordered again with no acknowledgement. There were about 5 other people still waiting for their orders and they were also getting impatient so another 10 min passed and I had to get going to work. I didn 't even know my order was cooking yet. So I said cancel my order please I will be late for work. guy 1 said really rudely IT S COOKING NOW!!! WANNA EAT IT RAW? I said I was waiting 15 minutes and you took the girls order before mine. He said SHE GOT A COLD SANDWICH . Totally clueless and could use some anger management training. and I believe the nice guy told him he effed up in this current environment you don 't want to **** off customers and a mea culpa should have been provided. My wrap wasn 't worth a 30 minute wait, the absurd prices or the rude attitude.
