Wienerschnitzel - Riverside

Ordered #4 corn dog chili cheese dog with fries. I got to the end of the parking lot reached inside for a fry and it was cold. I turned around went thru drive thru told them my fries were cold and I would like a new fresh order. The man took my cold friescame back to window told me we are making you a fresh order he returned with a bag what seemed to be fresh but I took one outit was hot and fresh..then I picked out another one and it looked like an old fry 're-warmed ' needless to say they re-warmed ' mycold fries. And the corn dog was cold too! I threw everything away. Only thing good was the cucumber lemonade. Won 't be comingback to this wienerschnitzel

Dropped in through drive thru and was satisfied with service and meal. Chili cheese burgers are always good.

1ts 10:20 am and still not open. Won't come back. Sad too I was hungry.

Really frustrating I was at your drive thru window at 10:04am and I was calling out for help to order but got no answer. I look up and I see your employee walking over from the smoke shop in the same plaza across the way from your restaurant with a fulldrink in her hand she stops at her car and changes her shoes. By now it?s 10:11am I am so confused so I start to drive away sheyells ? I?m opening right now Justin running late ? I was so shocked that an employee would go to a store and shop and open up arestaurant chain super late. Turns out this is the manager Jennifer (per the receipt) no respect for your customers time orbusiness integrity. She?s older (40s-50s) Hispanic black hair in a bun and drives a whit Crystler car. I hope someone reads thisand sends some training their way about having a good work ethic. The fact that I had to drive back around to get in line whileshe out on her shoes is just disgraceful. Today is 08.30.2022 and its 10:14am.
