Del Taco - Riverside

The manager is extremely impolite and has a negative attitude. They also tossed my food.

Came here lookin for the 60cent tacos. What I got was great service. The guy was nice and friendly even though I couldn't get it together mentally on what I actually wanted. It got real silly folks. My indecive mind picked a perfect time to peak and the guy just took it in stride while correctly repeating back the order. He gave the correct change back too. Guess all Del Tacos hire great employees. This was just the first one I wrote about. Great job. Keep up the great customer service.

This Del Taco is very dirty and even though I came in with three children they only allowed the use of one coupon. Save your money and have a better time at the Alessandro location.

I realize that there are some folks who don't like this place, but I have had a good experience every time. I don't visit many fast food places, Del Taco is one that when I feel the need, I take a chance. I love their fish and shrimp tacos, even tired a burger there, all the food was a good price value, it is not gourmet, but it was fresh and hot and tasty. The prices are also the best around these days, since every place else is soooo expensive. I don't know how they do it.

Went through drive through at 430pm. The lady said they were closed. But did manage to get 2 bean and cheese burritos. Both cold as if they were in the fridge. The lady was rude with attitude. Spoke to the store manager the next day and the store manager was even more rude. They remade the order and food was overly greasy. Would not recommend this place as customer service and the food is very poor.
