Chick-fil-a - Roanoke

Clean bathroom, nice worker. it is possible that their order is wrong at this running gear thru, but at the rare opportunity that happens they are good to get them what they need when they go and tell them. Just check their order before they leave.

I love eating here and the staff are always friendly and professional. this must be the most sloved chick felt a throughout the country, especially the drive thru. they must take some lections from one of the faster stores.

Super nice place. Clean and staff is great though we did witness the manager (knew it was because his picture was posted) redirected his employee extremely rudely and in front of a line of people. Just thought it was rude since the whole philosophy behind Chick-fil-A seems to be kindness and great customer service. Kind of turned us off a bit.

Went tonight to Chick-fil-A off of Challenger (460) for our dinner. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwich meals?.that?s our usual and 2 peach milkshakes. Well?. when we got home one of the waffle fries wasn?t even full?..and after eating a few out of both the fries turned into pieces?.very little pieces!!!! More pieces than fries actually! The grilled chicken sandwiches had grizzle which is unusual?.they are usually pretty tender. Very disappointed in the whole meal!

I was happy to get to go to chick fil a for my nephews and myself for dinner...until I found they had missed including my sandwich in my order and I had to go somewhere else to get dinner. I wasn't charged for it, thank goodness, and everything else was there, I guess the person taking the order didn't hear my request. Anyway, the food is consistently good, and both my nephews meals were good and they were happy with the food.
