Bojangles' Famous Chicken

I really can?t understand why managers here can figure time of business to allow flow of traffic of their business. Three weeks of the past sales divide that by 4 will equal today sales, And u always have to account for sports and weather! No 8 peacechicken available. 30mins. Or more today! It takes 19 minutes to cook. Unprepared managers. The gm and dm should be ashamed!This is a company ready to give up here in Robersonville Nc This must be the worst franchise company. When they have ananswering machine answering rather then the manager! Is there even a manager on duty?

Awful. It was around noon an the staff was arguing over who didn't make enough chicken. People were asking for their oney back. It took me 8 minutes to try to order a drink. I also left with everyone else.

Robersonville NC 10/9/22 2:30 pm. There was about four or five different staff behind the counter that could be seen including a manager, not looking to busy at all. Yet in standing at the register waiting to be acknowledged for 5 minutes we gave up andleft. I don't know if this how everyone is treated there, but they won't have to worry about seeing my business there.

The staff was really rude. My dad asked for a cheer wine but instead gave him sweet tea. My sister brought it up there to change and they gave her unsweetened tea. Then she goes back and asks for cheerwine yet again, to which they said we don't have any.Why not just say that in the beginning? They didn't have a lot of the stuff we wanted and when we asked they acted like it wasour fault they didn't have any.

You get very poor service. Before you leave you need to check your order, 8 out of 10 times your order will be wrong or charged wrong. This my experience only.
