New China City Take Away - Rochdale

Thought we would give this place a try as my daughter says its the best Chinese ever . Quick service , smelt lovely, was busy too . You get loads too . We only had special fried rice , curry , chips and prawn crackers . We just thought it tasted average though so we didnt understand the hype but my daughter assures me we need to try again and go for more varied types of dishes, so will try again in the near future.

Ordered spare ribs and fillet steak Cantonese with fried rice last night......The ribs were good however no way was it fillet steak in my main course..Am angry as it appeared to be ordinary rump steak beaten to an inch of its life to make it tender. Will not recommend this takeaway to anyone no matter how many excellent reviews it gets as I feel really cheated.

Ordered from here many times and the food has always been very good. Fast service and good quality food. Would recommend.

Family turned up Sunday afternoon and decided to have a take away. Open at 1630 on a Sunday which is great.

Food use to be great from New China City does anybody know if it has been taken over by new people food just not as nice as it use to be ?
