Dunkin' - Rochester

It's the quality you expect from Dunkin's. Not a huge selection of donuts, but they had our favorites.

Great place to stop for gas. All the pumps are functioning properly, and they even have supplies for cleaning your windshield.

I waited at the counter for 15 minutes to place my order. After 5 minutes, the woman working the drive-thru told me that someone would be with me shortly. I ended up leaving 10 minutes later without ever being able to place my order.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. I waited 15 minutes for three coffees at the pick-up area, and then the coffee spilled everywhere. They need to be retrained. Don't tell me how to talk to people; I spent money for you to make the coffee the correct way, not have it spill all over someone's vehicle.

Had a rare error in my order, and they took care of it right then and there. Great people.
