Razzos Family Pizzeria - Rochester

I am a little bias but fantastic food! Melinda makes everything homemade. My go to order: Rocket pasta with half marinara(homemade! and half Alfredo (also homemade ! And the Spinach salad with sweet Italian! The owners pour so much love into Razzo’s and into each and every dish. Can’t forget the homemade cake on your way out! Service: Take out

Arrived around 6:10 pm. Sat down, a bubbly young server took our drink orders. We got our drinks and ordered a pizza About every 10 minutes, or so, the server would come around and ask if we needed anything. About 40 minutes after we ordered our pizza, we were told that our order would be out in 2 minutes. 5 minutes later, we were told that she was informed about a different order. That is when the server told us it would be up in '4 seconds '. About 6 minutes later we finally got our pizza. It was nice and hot. We ordered a 14 inch with green peppers and onions on the entire pie and sausage on 1 half. They seem to skimp on the toppings here (I don 't think there was even a dozen little clumps of sausage on the half). The server asked if we needed more drinks several times. I know this place is a Rochester favorite, but it will be a long time before I patronize it again.

It was our first time, and we look forward to a return trip. Our waitress, Julia, was wonderful and efficient. We also enjoyed our calzones. They were huge!! We ended up taking home leftovers.
