Sand Dollar Lounge - Rockaway Beach

The Brie Burger barely had any Brie (I couldn't find it at all), and the burger patty was very dry. The clam chowder was watery and tasteless. The chocolate cake was rich and chewy, while the strawberry cream cake, although small, was probably the highlight of our meal. Normally, I wouldn't bother writing a review on vacation, but spending $100 for a group of four on this meal felt unjustifiable.

Wow! The view here is absolutely stunning! Dinner was quite enjoyable. I expected it to be a bit pricier, but the food was tasty. My wife tried the rockfish tacos, while I went for the albacore tuna and chips. I also ordered an old-fashioned, which turned out to be a bit diluted. However, you really can't beat the view. If you're looking for a great spot to grab tacos and a beer after a swim, this is definitely the place to be!

I can't quite put into words just how spacious this restaurant is—it’s truly impressive. We had an incredible dinner here; every dish we ordered was exquisite, and our server was fantastic. We wanted to speak with the manager to express our gratitude for the wonderful experience we had. They even stayed open late for us so we could finish our meal. Will I return as soon as I can? Absolutely!

Fantastic views of the coast while sitting on the outside terrace. We sat and waited fast. Our waiter was particularly timely, precise and very nice. We both tried the fish and chips (tuna and rock fish) and were very delicious! Great place to stop.

The staff, Jose, was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Jose had a smile on his face and willing to answer all our questions. The garlic feta fries were very good, but if you don't enjoy salt it could be a bit much. The cod fish was tasty and juicy, but the fries were a little bland after the garlic feta fries. The chicken paprishka was a good stew. The chicken BLT with bacon dipped in egg batter, which was tasty. The limited white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was good. The salted caramel cookie was already prepackaged and was decent. I prefer more of a salty caramel. The banana cake swirl was like a bread with chocolate swirl.
