I showed someone named Divya what I would like to order and she refused to accept my order, she wanted me to make a KFC account first. I asked if she could take the order over the counter, she went and found it then seemingly changed her mind and tells me nope can 't take the order over the counter, does not even offer a solution to help. I know for a fact she lied because the app has failed me in the past and I have ordered this meal over the counter. I told her of my past experience and she completely dismissed me and continued to refuse my order. I left without purchasing anything as she offered me no alternatives or solutions. She is clearly not suitable for a customer service role, she showed reluctance to offer any help, she didn 't even notice there was a customer in line until another KFC employee tapped her on the shoulder before she stopped chatting and gave any attention to the customer (I was the only customer in store too). Disgraceful.
Ordered via Menulog as I had a craving. The estimated delivery time was one hour, seemed excessive for a place 4km away that serves ready made meals. My closest is St Peters but for some reason it wasn't open for delivery on a Sunday afternoon. My chips were lukewarm like they'd been stuck in a bag for half an hour, so I just doused them in gravy and salt. The chicken was just okay, was also a bit cold but even KFC's chicken tastes alright when it's not hot. I really don't know why it takes them so long to deliver when it takes 2 or 3 minutes in store to compile the food into a box. I've tried 4 KFCs in the area over the past 12 months St Peters seem to be the only ones who can sort it out in 40 minutes or less. This location fails the test also.
I had a terrible experience at Banksia KFC. The service was awful and the chicken was so greasy that it fell through the box and bag. I waited for almost an hour.
If you are looking for KFC in the area, this restaurant has it. However, there are much better dining options nearby.
This KFC is our local spot, and we order from here frequently. Tonight, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a variety meal for about $35, with an additional 6 tenders for $6.95. When we got home, we realized there were no tenders in our order. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He rudely interrupted me and insinuated that I was lying, claiming that he personally placed the tenders in the box. He accused me of trying to get free chicken, despite the fact that I had just spent nearly $50 on our meal. I will never return to this KFC and will warn everyone I know to avoid it as well. The manager's unprofessionalism and the incompetence of the drive-thru are unacceptable.
