I've been going to this restaurant for 11 years. I love her eating, never had a complain. tacos de lengua are amazing, chicken tamals are always good and filled with huh. guacamole loves it. Hit sauce is always sharp, horchata can never go wrong. I love eating and the atmosphere in the restaurant. I always recommend this place to everyone. best Mexican restaurant in the city.

Legitimate authentic Mexican cuisine. I liked the pastor and the chorizo, a Dine-in service is a little strange. order them on the counter for delivery to the table. to leave, they must get their check from a server. clean restaurant in a somewhat sketchy quarter.

Good service, good food and open late. Ate here for the first time after an IceHogs game and the tacos and burritos were good. The price for a burrito was under $6. Los Portales hit the spot. Oh and they sell beer.

Best steak in town. Ordered to your liking on the Los Portales Carne Asada Plate. Steak ounces and quality/dollar$ ratio can not be matched for what you pay and the great quality in the meat and their signature seasoning! Great chefs! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!!
