Wendy's - Rockland

Time for a delicious Junior Bacon Cheeseburger... or so I thought.Putting one item in a bag? Piece of cake! The second item, not too tough. A third item? When hell freezes over I guess.I can't help but think of my poor lonely JBC longing to be in the bag with his friends, Fries and Crispy Chicken Sandwich where he belongs. But that was not his fate. Not only that, but the employee who handed me the bag containing 2/3 of my order refused to open the drive thru window back up to hear me out when I wanted things to be made right. It's too bad this Wendy's is in Rockland in 2024, because it belongs in Hiroshima in 1945. In my numerous trips to this location, I've never seen an employee even consider smiling. I won't be back.

The most disgusting Wendy's ever. The guy at the checkout is simply incompetent, there is a huge queue and constantly confused orders.

Order through mobile order for drive through pick up which is a thing via the app since they have dining room closed. Pull up to window and get yelled at and told that mobile orders can only be picked up in store but there doors are locked ????? Think someone needs to go back to training on how to deal with customers because I didn't lock the door or make the app so don't understand how it's my fault lmao . Guys a clown ?

Typical Wendy's fast food place. The burger was good. Coke was good. Service was great. French fries a little overdone. I'll give them another shot next
