7 Brew Coffee - Rogers

Unimpressed. The music is so loud you have to shout your order and the girl couldn?t hear me. No markings or signage for where to go so we accidentally got in a line. I ordered a hot half sweet pumpkin spice latte. It tastes like gross sweet milk, can?ttaste the coffee at all no pumpkin spice flavor. Tried this so didn?t have to go across traffic to Starbucks. Do not understandall the hype.

The person taking my order was really nice and they're always quick. I like 7Brew- their drinks are like a cheaper Starbucks, with muffin tops and you get a free drink every now and again (like today ???? .

This location is awesome. They offer their brand energy drink but when you say no and acknowledge redbull costs more they give you redbull as requested. Not pushy in offering their brand either.

Terrible customer service!!! On my previous visit they messed up my drink. Of course I didn?t realize it until I was already where I was going. But I foolishly thought they?d have decent customer service and would just let them know on my next visit sothey could comp me a drink. Except when I did tell them on my next visit they treated me like I was some kind of lying coffeethief. I got the third degree about exactly what day, what time of day, why I didn?t come back that same day and so on. I wasthen told that because I didn?t come back the same day and return the nasty drink they can do nothing for me. Am I reallyexpected to make a return trip, out of my way, at the expense of my time and gas and keep a bad drink all day just sitting in mycar to drink it up? These people don?t even apply common sense to their decision making. I left without making any purchase,with the two drinks I had just ordered on the counter.

Super friendly staff! Always super quick to get the coffee out with their long lines and it always tastes amazing! Love that they offer pup cups for my dog as well! Their coffee is always beautifully made and their shakes were surprisingly super good!
