Starbucks - Rolla

The person who took my order was incredibly nice. the atmosphere is very cool. drink was good 10/10

It was 4:15 p.m. yesterday 23rd of January 2024 drove up to the speaker to order weighted 4 minutes had to say hello they said hold on men and a half later 2 minutes I said hello finally took the order drove around behind another car waiting to see the cashier that took another 5 to 7 minutes I was in line for 10 minutes one car I only ordered a venti coffee and I waited 5 minutes so I knocked on the window the lady came said there's only two of us working and we're taking care of doordash I said to my wife they're taking care of doordash and everybody else and just not one cup of coffee and yes that's exactly what she says I'm making a bad complaint I do not appreciate this type of top 10 coffee business running with two people comon never did get the coffee had to drive off I've been here before usually okay okay there's my complaint my review bye

Parking is horrible but the service, products, and ambiance are great!

Stylish Starbucks with friendly staff. Was nice to get a hot coffee and sweet treat on a cold day. Easy to access from the highway.

While the HB will NEVER be a coffee drinker, I do have to admit the hot chocolate at Starbucks is pretty darn good. Mrs. HB and the daughter LOVE Starbee's, so on our yearly trip to St. Charles, we stopped at the Rolla Starbucks.The hot chocolate was great, the atmosphere was wonderful, but the thing that really stood out to me was the staff. Jackie and Tacy were amazing! Thank you, ladies.
