Delizioso cibo e personale molto cordiale. Not a pleasant evening due to a less than attentive and unprofessional service. I mess up with the orders in the kitchen, without knowing how to handle the inconvenience. An advice. During the long wait, even a piece of bread with a drop of oil would be appreciated. In addition to a discount, even €2, as a simple gesture, to make it clear that you are attentive to the customer. We went here for dinner yesterday as a group on the occasion of a birthday. We had high hopes for it because the reviews were so good. Unfortunately we cannot confirm this. We ourselves had a great day in Rome with an exuberant mood that was immediately dampened when we entered the restaurant. The boss and I think her husband were in a bad mood, annoyed and stroppy. You almost felt unwanted. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good either, apart from the starters. The Cacio e Pepe were completely over salted and the Cabonara and Pulpo were completely hard. What a shame!
