Order a club and pickles and mustard and banana peppers didn?t have the bacon or banana peppers bread was hard made a online order called and told them my problem over the phone she was kinda nice about it but she did say she had a good staff and that?s she?s not calling my lair I get down their to get my actual sandwich that order she was like well what?s the problem bc I went over it and we did do it right well it was missing bacon and the banana peppers she was like just know I?m only remaking it this one time and won?t be doing it again this is my first time coming here and she was like I got told you come in here a lot and that you order online a lot and your name pops up and we always have to redo your stuff I?m like this is my first time coming in here she said well next time change your name I will not be coming back again after how I was treated

Absolutely terrible customer service. If I was the owner or manager of this location I'd be embarrassed bt the lack of interaction with customers the people occuping the space behind the counter (can't call then workers because they weren't doing that! . If you look at the picture, see these two women well if you do decide to go there and they're there I can promise you will receive **** poor customer service. They wrapped our sandwiches and slid them across the counter without even giving us the opportunity to add anything to them. The owner needs to clean house if you know what I mean!

The food is decent, but for $16.95, I expected more – perhaps a little song and dance, or at the very least, a cookie! Service was slow as well; I placed my order online and arrived 25 minutes later, only to find that my three sandwiches still weren’t ready.

This is the perfect spot for delicious deli-style sandwiches. Everything is fresh, never frozen, with crisp vegetables and tasty bread. The staff is friendly, making it my go-to place whenever I crave Jersey Mike's. Highly recommended!

I was disappointed to find that I didn't get my money's worth for the $15 I spent! I ordered the large veggie sub, and it turned out to be quite underwhelming. I wish I could have spoken to the manager about it, but it's too late now. I expected a veggie sub to be loaded with vegetables, but instead, I received just one slice of tomato, a few bits of bell pepper, and a small handful of lettuce. It's really not worth the price!
