Contribuisci feedbackWhat a cute spot! : My mom I stopped by here on impulse this morning... I am so glad we did. Finally a place in Rome that offers a variety of vegan options (cheese, butter, desserts, soups... for both breakfast lunch! Everything is fresh, delicious, and homemade. The chili is A-1! We each got a loaf of sourdough to take home. The service was amazing, and it's a joy to sit outside in the sun surrounded by beautiful plants with herb flower bouquets on each well-spacedtable. I definitely recommend stopping by anytime you're in the area...if you don't, you'll wish you did. : Can't wait to come back and fill up my bread reward card! Thanks so much for existing in the community y'all.
I can see why this place has 5 stars! It is the cutest little shop in all of Rome and the most amazing staff! I am so glad we discovered their delicious treats at our favorite coffee shop down the street, and followed our food loving senses across the bridge! There is an entire shelf of gluten free pastries and I?ve tried them all! They are SO delicious! My favorite bakery south of Nashville ????
Sunflour Community Bakery is a gem!! Bookmarked as one of the best establishments I've visited. Delicious variety of vegan (and non-vegan options . Locally sourced ingredients and wonderful, kind people who take pride in what they do. And the place itself is so cute and homey. They're on a corner with street parallel parking and as of 2/26, have outdoor heated seating, take out, and curbside pickup and require masks indoors (yay!!! We had a vegan sandwich with alltoppings except mustard, avocado toast, full breakfast, a non-vegan sandwich, vegan chili, and a few bakery items (including some delicious looking vegan apricot bars . We all loved the food and are very excited to try the deliciouslooking pastries. My photos don't do them justice. Portions are great and prices inexpensive for the quality: If tofu is ever added to the menu, I will be over the moon!! All in all, a wonderful, community-oriented bakery/cafe! I willvisit everytime I'm in Rome and you should too ^ ^ Thank you to everyone at Sunflour:
We visited this incredible bakery this morning We walked down from a great location for a hotel, Marriott Courtyard, Riverwalk. The owner and all staff were incredibly friendly. The cinnamon smell beckoned us. Then the French pressed fresh coffee, free range eggs, homemade warm wheat toast and stone ground local grits made for a beyond delicious breakfast! There was also fresh fruit with Greek yogurt that was divine. Even our grandson could not stop eating thehomemade bread and muffins. We highly recommend this wonderful bakery with a staff and owner who enjoy their customers in a beyond wonderful manner. The Grants
The food here are from farm fresh ingredients when possible and they are sensitive to anyone's food needs! The bread here is made fresh! Gluten free bread needs have to be pre-ordered at least a week in advance. If you'll follow their Facebook and Instagram, they try to keep folks on top of new menu ideas and fresh food options while in stock!
