Too slow. I guess they need people to work at this location. Pandemic has mess up a lot of places.
I recommend ordering from a different location. I recently ordered the All American Beefy Crunch online, but they forgot to include the crunch and the Thousand Island sauce. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when I called the restaurant, the staff (a male and female associate) repeatedly hung up on me and refused to address the issue. My coworkers tried to call as well, but as soon as they mentioned the problem, they were put on an excessively long hold. This happened multiple times; it was incredibly rude and unprofessional. This location desperately needs new staff. I even asked to speak to a manager, but she was the same woman who kept hanging up, leading to even more lengthy, unanswered holds. I left a feedback review on their website, but overall, it was a terrible experience.
This location is absolutely fantastic! They quickly accommodated a large order for our hockey team when another restaurant canceled at the last minute. A huge thank you to Jimmy John's for going above and beyond! The food is delicious, and the service is excellent!
I've generally enjoyed my experiences at JJs, but I've run into issues at this specific location. Out of three visits, I received the wrong order twice. Because of this, I think I’ll choose other JJ locations when I get cravings from now on.
