Don't use the right lane in drive through! Every time I have used it several cars that are behind me that take the left lane have ordered and been served before they have taken mine. You are told repeatedly to wait for just a moment while the other line gets served before you. Many times your orders are incorrect so be sure to check your meals before you pull away.
