Arby's - Roseburg

Service has always been great when I've gone.But the last two times something just wasn't right.. And today.. I go inside someone's yells at me.They'll be right with me.. I haven't even stepped all the way in.. Then I decide.I wanna eat in and tell him I wanna eat So they bagged it up all my stuff .. If you can't give simple instructions and follow simple things I wonder what goes on behind the scenes.. They have enough freeway traffic to Keep Them Busy.I think today i'm done.. Nobody loses my business over a bad day.But when I get substandard on the installment plan it's time to move on.. I know you have new help.That's obvious.. That's what management is for to make sure people are trained.. It was good for years, but I'm done now.Thank you very much

Francisco (I hope I'm spelling this right) was the friendliest fast food worker I have seen since the pandemic! Give this guy a raise, he deserves it!

Last time I drank the out of order flavour and my hands felt wet for the rest of the week

Just food there was a dude that slipped on some water that was on the floor and was taken to the hospital but they i have a cation sign out and did a good job with the incident all in all........
