Harvey's - Rosemère

I recently visited a Harvey's location and ordered 4 trios. When I paid the cashier, I received 2 bags of food in less than a minute, which was unusual for Harvey's (where the wait usually seems to last forever). I decided to eat in the parking lot and found the bread to be quite hard and the hamburger tasted like it was prepared in advance. I returned to the restaurant and politely asked for a fresh burger. The cashier gave it to someone who claimed to be a manager, but when I told him the bread was still hard, he became defensive and started arguing with me. Eventually, he grudgingly agreed to make me a new sandwich. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, especially considering the current challenges restaurants are facing during the COVID-19 pandemic. I will not be returning to this particular Harvey's location on Cure Labelle in Rosemere. Customers should not have to deal with rude and unprofessional staff, especially after spending almost $50 on a meal. I hope the owner of this restaurant addresses the issue and provides better training for their employees. This was the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a negative review about a restaurant.

After being closed for several months, this restaurant is back in business and still remains the top spot to get a delicious burger.

Harvey’s is my favorite almost food hamburger. they are the best grilled burgers in Canada and we have the options to put in them. very good n tasty, worth the quick food visit.

This restaurant serves some of the best burgers in the area, which are very filling. The service is good and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, it is a great value for the price and the food is delicious.

Quand on fait une commande au comptoir, il peut y avoir un accident, comme se faire renverser 2 verres de liqueurs sur soi,surtout sur les pantalons et dans un soulier. J'étais assez collante, j'ai été obligée de demander des serviettes de papier pour m'essuyer, et c'était le début de ma commande.
