The blueberry pies are to die for! I often give the chicken pot pies as gifts for new moms, newneighbors, get well soon, etc. Every single person I have given one to through the years has said it's the best chicken pot piethey have ever eaten. It's even been written up in magazines. We have a family of four (two teenage boys) and we can make twodinners out of one pie so it's well worth the . We can't eat at chick-fil-a for the same amount of money. And the owner is justawesome. She's a local! Everyone loves her. I've heard all the pies are awesome but these are the two we typically alwayspurchase since my family loves them.
Don't bother going here unless you are either a soccer mom or very rich! A chicken pot pie FROZEN costs $40. It is not even the size of a Costco pie. Unless they are singing to the chickens ???? not sure why anyone would pay this price. So why did I gohere you might ask? I had a 25$ gift card. Which didn't buy anything to this place! I had to add another $15 to buy a pie. Andyou have to normally order in advance
I contacted The Pie Hole for help preparing desserts for a group surprise birthday party for my wife. The owner just was fantastic talking through what I was trying to do, options, and so on. We ended up going with a family recipe dessert, and theowner suggested individual portion mason jars, which worked fantastically. The owner then scaled the recipe on her own time tofigure out the portions needed across our order. It just came out terrifically. I almost never am completely unrestrained inmy appreciation, but here The Pie Hole just knocked this custom dessert catering out of the park So grateful that I got theirhelp. Thank you!
I love pot pie but cannot really find a good one this has been an issue in every state I 've lived in. Most places don 't have a good crust or don 't have enough veggies in the pie or tastes 'fake '. So I wanted to try this pie place to see. I live a bit away so I wasn 't familiar with it at all. It is literally just a little pie shack on a little dirt road in the built up part ofdowntown Roswell. The owner, I think, is the only employee as I recognized her voice on the phone and was the only person in theshack. She was stressed and not very friendly (at least on the phone) but it was mother 's day weekend so I understand. She wasfriendly at the pickup window but was doing everything off of a notebook piece of paper. The great the pot pie was amazing.Huge, tasty crust, well seasoned, tons of chicken and veggies that were real and fresh. The not so good the website lookslike it was from the 90 's with not much info on it just the possible pie list, contact info, and no prices. The place needs toupdate/streamline their ordering process and website. The price of the pie was $34 which was really high. I got it because Idrove all the way up there and wanted to try it but I wish I knew that before hand. I would totally eat it again but I 'm notsure if I would pay that much for it again. $25 I think is my limit for a pot pie.
I absolutely love this business. The owner is great and the pies are amazing. I highly recommend ordering a pie now and when the pandemic is over, stop by for a slice or two. She changes up the variety all the time, but you can almost always find apple, cherry, chocolate chess, and many more. My family loves the fruit pies, the chocolate silk and coconut cream, but we have triedat least ten of her different kinds and they were all excellent.
