I love the way they run their business, feel like home ambience, the team are friendly, humble, approachable and welcoming. Very sweet ladies there. They let me try their classic sourdough, so soft and fresh. So I decided to get Rosemary Parmesan Sourdough and Tomatoes Onion Focaccia. The breads are really good ?? and I will go again. They also served their customers organic complimentary coffee too. ???
Got two orders of toast this morning for my wife and me. Price came to roughly $9.00 with tip. Each order of toast consisted of 1 and a half of very thin slices bread. For two orders, that’s the equivalent of 3 very thinly sliced pieces of bread. That means I paid $3.00 per slice of toast.I get it. It’s a small company and they have to make a profit to stay in business but I can’t help but feel ripped off. Even charging $1 dollar for a slice of toast would be the equivalent to buying a loaf. Let’s just say this user experience was disappointing.
The sourdough buns, ground beef, and BBQ chips sold at Sanford Bakery will make you a hamburger that the burger joints wish their food looked like in real life. I made this awesome burger with ingredients purchased at the Sanford shop and it tasted amazing. Best burger ever! n nThey have eggs, yogurt, milk, butter, cheese... and bread. Lots and lots of wonderful fresh bread. Made to order sandwiches. Cinnamon rolls. I go every weekend and always find something I want. We make some amazing meals at home using Sanford goods. It is a great benefit to me having a shop that makes nutritious foods by hand nearly every day. I 'm happy to leave a gratuity in consideration for all the effort behind the counter I don 't see that makes a grand shop like this one available just 5 minutes from my house. If you appreciate fresh bread made by hand the old-school way you will love Sanford as much as I do.

Bought a half loaf of sourdough for $7. Did NOT leave a tip, as I don't see giving tips to someone who hands you a loaf of already expensive bread. The charge on my card showed up as $8.50. Wrong! Wrong!
