I worked at Loza Pizza so I know everything about the cleanliness and quality of the products and what I saw was that the products were rotting at the bottom of the bin, the bins were never cleaned so the mold was growing. accumulates (for mushrooms and potatoes) and the new products are placed on top of the dirt.
