Hardee's - Rushville

Pulled my 5 review after having been a customer here for years. I get the same thing every time I came in. 2 sausage biscuits add cheese in the morning and it’s never been over $4 and some change because of the “2 for” deal. Now they’re trying to charge me $8 for the same thing. No thanks. You just lost a long time customer today and this is the reason why Hardee’s is closing stores all over the country.

Bathroom was disgusting. Smelled terrible, and I can barely smell anything. Some of the tables were sticky. There was one family in the dining room. Biscuits were cold and hard. Asked for butter or something and was told they don't have any. Staff was yelling all over, rude and didn't care. It's a shame, because other locations are amazing.

This is the most inconsistent place in town. If it’s not having barely any eggs on the breakfast sandwiches, or the cold bread, burgers Luke warm, them not having random things, it’s getting the wrong order. Every now and then it all meets the basic standards. You got to hope that if you need your order fixed they don’t give you attitude like your inconveniencing them. A few years back it was really well managed. They got their trucks on time, never missing any items, workers seemed happy and nice, food was prepared with care. The whole atmosphere was great. Now. If it wasn’t the only place in town that had what they had. I’d never go again. And honestly I’m a few more wrong orders stopping.

I go here regularly. Foods always made right and not sitting under a heat shoot for hours before you order and the employees are always friendly.

I really like their biscuits. Went thru the drive thru for breakfast
