Pizza Hut - Rushville

It took too long to be able to place an order and took too long to get food. Then I had to get back up to get a plate and fork and couldn't get the staff's attention.

Am really upset. Waited forever to even order then waited a long time on a very expensive pizza that was delivered to a LG party across from us. If the party didn't ask if we were waiting on the pizza that they didn't order we mite have waited alot longer. I couldn't believe that there were no prices posted anywhere, until we got rung up then I understood. We would have left if we'd known what they were going to charge us. And then to wait on a big party to relise that the Xtra pizza was ours and it was cold who knows how long we would have waited. Oh and the big party brought us plates and napkins. I'll never go in another pizza hut. Never.

Ordered a pizza for delivery last week. It was wrong. They gave me a $20 credit. Great, Ordered my food for delivery again today to use the credit. Got my order. Wrong again!!! And not even cut! Pizza completly fell apart. And then I called and they only wanted to give me a $15 dollar credit this time. And for me to come pick it up. Plus both ladies I spoke with was very rude. Will go to dominos or pizza king from now on.

Place order for deliver said 25 to 35 mins been almost 2 hrs haven't received order never again

Our Pizza tasted delicious . Service was impeccable ,I truly couldn't have ask for more professional and friendly staff. They took the time to answer all the questions that I had about the new menu. They also explained how to download and order from the app showing me how to use it to customize specialty pizza orders , along with add-on &bundling meals while using the mobile app for future orders with carryout dine- in or delivery. The facility was very clean and organized. They introduced themselves by name as each was committed to fulfill my famies request and needs Linda , Rebecce, Jasmine all 3 were wonderful and attentive especially stayed on top of refills and making sure we all had what we needed to enjoy our dinner. The ladies I met tonight definitely went above and beyond there tasks in hand , which was honestly not expect but very much appreciated !!!
