Champs Sports Bar Restaurant - Ruston

Server rushed us continuously, had not several items on the menu, blew our appetizer order, we ordered nothing else due to service and menu availability. Then we could not move to an empty table to see the only game we came to see, although this table was empty all the time we were there. Couldn't accept $100 bill if change hadn't been a lot. I had no high expectations in I just wanted to watch a football match. They still found a way to make it a terrible experience.

For the first time here, the worst customer service ever, Jennifer was rude as we first sat down, we asked for a table for 7 and asked if we could only put two tables together, as it was a small restaurant and she didn't even say something and put the tables together. We did not ask for much, but she was not there, so we asked another waitress on something and Jennifer came back to our table several times to say, we were not allowed to ask the other waitress something and that she only cleanses tables, but the girl was very nice when she was allowed to talk / help us! Jennifer threw our stuff on the table and left before we could say something. the last straw we left the restaurant and she came out of the restaurant and said she had only our 3 bills and not the 4 we paid, we paid one in cash and told her to keep the change she was very rude to chase us out of the restaurant as we did not pay. I understand the stress that comes with work in a short personalized restaurant, but I was always said to “treat others as you want to be treated”, I am sure that they do not appreciate being treated in this way. the only positive is the food was brilliant, will not come back!!! Update: Thanks for the answer below! However, your account of our visit and the waiter behavior is completely inaccurate! It is a shame that you choose not your customer service problems because your food is great!

Champs is like living in the show. The environment is always warm and welcoming. The staff is always polite and goes the extra mile. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone and everyone.

Absolutely the best place to go in Ruston for food, drinks and great atmosphere! My husband and I love coming here tonight.

Poor hospitality for out of town guests! The hostess was rude when asked if they were showing an LSU game and so No only Tech game. I asked how many tvs they had and she said 8 ??? She was very rude. Lost our money and won't go there in the future.
