Unfortunately, due to the terrible service and the incompetence of the administrator, we were unable to have sushi. Instead of putting sushi on the waitlist, they accepted our order, and after 15 minutes they kept delaying even more. In the end, we were told we would have to wait another 2 hours. In my opinion, there simply wasn’t a chef working, and we were being misled. The administrator does not know how to handle customers, gets flustered, and is unable to make decisions. Instead, they promise one thing, run off to consult with management, and do something else entirely. This raises the question of why an incompetent employee is needed at all. Dear establishment, please communicate any waitlist items clearly both on your website and upon arrival.

We visited the restaurant "Zavod" on August 23, 2023, during the day. Both we and the kids enjoyed the business lunch, especially the Caesar salad, which was really good. The main courses were tasty as well. However, the soup was overcooked and presented poorly; the chicken was sliced into shreds instead of chunks for some reason. But the eclairs... mmm, they were incredibly fresh and melted in our mouths. The kids enjoyed the ice cream, and the coffee was truly excellent. Plus, the tea is complimentary. If we ever find ourselves in Rybinsk again, we'll definitely come here for lunch. The prices are quite reasonable.

A respectable establishment. It has a nice interior and a cozy veranda. The pizza with thin crust is delicious. On the downside, the selection of dishes is somewhat limited.

This is a nice, pleasant, underground spot. I can't comment in detail on the kitchen since I only tried the dessert, coffee, and tea. But everything was excellent! I recommend it.

Были 2 января в этом «гастро баре», хамоватая девочка официантка , которая даже не понимает, что она на работе . Кухня приготовила кальмары и кольца да масле которое уже как неделю надо менять ! К тому же обсчитали, потому что наша официантка все перепутала и вообще не подходила к нам . В итоге уехали , с испорченным настроением ! Ребята если хотите продвижение этого «местечка» , нужно менять весь персонал начиная с кухни заканчивая уборщицей , либо их надо срочно на обучение ! Как готовить и как разговаривать с гостями ! НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ !!!
