The ipad basically forces you to tip. No problem but the employees aren't nice/helpful/properly trained. They now charge for every little item (buffalo chicken apparently doesn't come with ranch or blue cheese. That is extra. Again, no problem though thats a dumb concept (like a salad without dressing). Even when I ask to be charged for it they forget and then force me back in line to pay the 80 cents. I have to wait in line twice because they don't put my correct order in. This is the now 4th time this has happened and I have to wait in line twice and pay twice. That is awful customer service. Your food isn't good enough for this type of behavior or customer service.

I recently tried the Cobb salad at a small deli spot, and it was a delightful experience.
