The City of Atlanta Menu has finally arrived on the Southside. The look is unassuming but the vibe was awesome and.... it is really BLACK OWNED. Good music and good food. The food.... OMG. The Fried Rock Lobster, the Fried Green Tomatoes, the Beignets, the Fried Chicken, the Peach Cobbler and Banana Foster Waffles l, salmon crochettes and last but not least.... the Tropical Mimmossa's Hit just right. Please make a reservation on yelp cause the wait is about as crazy as trying to dine in the City of Atlanta. However, if you forget to make the reservation, do a little shopping in the stores while you wait. Service is Good, place is clean, excellent Customer service and every dish cooked to perfection. However, if you like anything with an xtra crisp, don't hesitate to ask such as Salmon Crochettes, Waffle, etc.. And, so we can continue keeping black owned restaurants with menus that we love on the Southside.... put 30% on those tips so they can retain sufficient and adequate wait staff to keep us happy. Yep I said it, not 10% or 22% I am recommending 30%. To whom much of given much os required. Support the culture.
Love this place!! Upset they moved from conyers to McDonough but guess who will travel to the new location in McDonough? ME!!! This location seems to be a little bigger. It's still in a busy location. Just a little More parking. You don't have to valet at this location. Wings are always delicious well seasoned with the right amount of crunch. I always get the chicken and strawberry waffles. Go go go and try them. I heard everything is good!! I'm stuck on the chicken and waffles
Amazing food. I had the banana foster waffle which did not need any syrup and the chicken wings were well seasoned and fried to perfection.
The food was okay. The waiting on the line took so longThe ambience is a lil bit tight.
