Dunkin' - Sabattus

This is the third time in just a week that I've been let down by Dunkin'. It used to be that when you ordered a coffee, you could expect it to be exactly how you wanted it. Coffee is typically enjoyed as a pick-me-up, after all. We ordered Medium Pumpkin Spice Lattes, but instead received Larges that were mostly milk and sugar, with no hint of coffee or flavor. It was really disappointing.

This Dunkin' Donuts location is excellent! The staff is incredibly friendly and customer-focused. The store is consistently well-stocked and maintained in a very clean condition. The management is both efficient and very pleasant. I visit every day and absolutely love it!

This place is usually very busy, and while the service is excellent, the customer service and order-taking can sometimes take longer than anticipated. The staff is friendly, though!

Although through the past couple of years this location has seen a significant increase in customers and wait times have been affected depending on the time, I still wouldn?t change locations. Even during the busiest times the staff stays friendly andprofessional, willing to take the time and get your order right. The morning staff is beyond amazing, always giving a friendlypersonal touch, making the regulars feel welcomed and right at home! It is truly a great family breakfast quick stop and I lovethat going there makes my daughters day! Wish more local and chain ran businesses had staff like Sam, April, and Melissa. Nevera bad start to the day at this location.
