Cajun Kraken Cajun Style Seafood

The food was so very good! Had the shrimp with spicy house sauce and then dreamed about getting it again for the next 2 months. Was surprised at how empty the restaurant was it was very clean, service was great, and food was wonderful.

Husband and I stopped here for a late lunch early dinner. We split a po boy and lemon pepper fries. We also had a 1lb of shrimp flavor New Orleans cajun spice level was spicy. We also had a a 1/2lb of shrimp in the house special flavor medium. Let me just say our entire meal was to die for and I gotta come back. The service is good- our waiter was courteous and attentive. She was shocked I didn't want gloves- I'm a pro lol. Ambiance is nice for friends, large parties or date night. They have an alcohol menu too for those wondering.

Delicious we got the crawfish and clams shrimp too. The gatlic noodles where so good too.

When my friends and I came here around dinnertime at 6/7pm, there was barely anyone. I'm not sure if this restaurant is crowded, but we were the only ones at the restaurant when we arrived. The server was quick to take our orders, maybe even a little too quick lol. We needed more time to look at the menu and we were a bit pressured to order as soon as possible, even though there was no one there. However, the seafood boil was alright. It wasn't one of the best seafood boils I've had, but it definitely could've had more flavoring/sauce to it. The cajun fries were pretty good though.

Here you get a corn and 2 potatoes (red) with your pound of shrimp. Shrimp was difficult to peel, looked it up it said fresh from the boat and over cooked shrimp is hard to peel...I 'm guessing the later in this case BUT it tasted good and they were not mushy over cooked. Service was great! The young lady was very nice and helpful!Ambiance was nice, it 's a nice looking place inside! Not many patrons.
