If you like Mexican food, this is one of my favorite visits to restaurants that I have eaten regularly here for several years and have always enjoyed it

I have decided never to go back to the food especially breakfast is the worst and they take break at 4:30 am to 5:00 pm and if you come there at 5:00 pm you need to wait until they are ready to work again so much luck to this place

My favorite Mexican restaurant in Sacramento! Talk about value and price per dollar, This is my place for an amazing breakfast Burrito, I always order with Machata meat that I believe is both shredded slim shredded beef and pig, oh my lord! There are so much meat and eggs and protein in this Burrito it is ridiculous! Great service, friendly smile and excellent service, I must confess I am addicted! I'm going here 3x a week and they never fail me! To the staff and management at Carolinas on franklin, thank you for all the delicious food you cook and thank you for being here and us genuine authentic and homecooked meals, and for an amazing part of our community, I am so glad that I found you guys, you have a customer for life here!!!

I was treated rudely by Maria. She had my order wrong before and when I called her, she told me that next time I could go back and I would get a credit for the article that was wrong. No excuse for inconvenience, but that's okay. When I came back a few days later, I ordered more food and asked for this 5.95 credit and she refused and tried to eat from the last visit instead of the credit. I rejected her and remembered what she offered. She was immediately excited and raised her voice a little and told me I had to have a problem with my understanding. I couldn't believe how disrespectful she was. She finally agreed to give a loan, but still offensive and verbally harassed me. She completely mixed my words and denied her deeds. We've been customers there for four years, so I was shocked by their behavior. I don't think my business is appreciated and her treatment to me was unnecessary. For me, the wise thing would have been for them to apologize for my wrong order and be remarkable that I came back and spent more money, especially if they didn't even have the full $5.95 loan I was due. I think it's best that we don't return because nobody deserves to be treated so by a cranky lady who is out of line.

Im not sure who was working this past tuesday early morning, I tried to get an order whomever was there didn't respond. They said the were on a 30min break and yet no one came out. I even waited the 30mins. This is definitely not 24hrs.
