Ordered two cheesesteak sandwiches; both inedible. Absolutely swimming in sauce and melted cheese and very little meat. Sandwiches were so soggy they couldn't be picked up. Had to eat with a fork. Absolutely didn't resemble the sandwiches shown on television. Threw them out! Employees were on their cell phones playing games, I guess. It was so cold in there it was extremely uncomfortable. All in all, we will not ever eat in Arby's again, nor will we recommend it. Wasted $20.00 and still hungry when we left. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We go here every other week or so for half a year and this is my experience. Cashier is usually fine, just an issue once but was likely a newer cashier. Food quality varies. Curly fries are almost never intact and freshness varies greatly. And just got their new venison mixed burger and it looked like this on the inside and the film layer of the wrapper came off and mixed into the cheese. Always get a great meal at this Arbys. Fries are always hot and crisp, sandwiches always hot and fresh, Staff are always friendly. Be nice and ring the bell for them when you leave to show your appreciation for their good work.
